PMI San Diego Bylaws

During the Fall of 2007, the PMI-SD Board of Directors initiated a full review of the chapter's governance.  Following this review, a number of changes were recommended to the membership by the board of directors for review.  Click here to review these recommendations.  After the review, our new chapter governance was elected by the chapter membership through a vote process.
